Leroy was signed with Thomas Nelson publishing in Nashville, TN as an author of children's books.  His first book was released in June 1998 which was titled "Papa Oblong".  His latest children's books are "Somebody Bigger Than Me" and "Sounds of Creation".  He also has a book called "Pocket Full of Rubies" which is in the process of being published.  This book is about song writing, poetry, and public speaking.
